- Customers can deposit funds into their wallets at any time.
- The system needs between 12-48 hours to show the deposit amount in your wallet.
- You can check your deposit amount at your dashboard page.
- There is no VAT charged for a deposit. The VAT is charged for an item when you use the “My Wallet” payment option.
- Please note that funds deposited in the Wallet are not refundable or transferable!
- A deposit confirmation email will be sent to the customer when the funds are in your wallet.
- You can’t pay with “My Wallet” if you have any items from the Deposit category in your Cart!
- Funds in the wallet can be used to make purchases at any time.
- If you can’t see the funds in your wallet after 48 hours, please contact us.

If you choose the “Bank Transfer” option you will receive an e-mail with the bank account and the unique ID number for this purchase. Follow the instructions from the e-mail in order to make the payment and receive your downloads. If for some reason there is no e-mail (check your Spam folder), in order to receive your downloads, you must make the payment (the full amount including TAX) to this bank account:
